Attorney Zhenchao (Jacob) Huang is the founder and managing attorney of the Law Office of Jacob Huang, Inc. With over a decade of professional experience in immigration law, Attorney Huang's expertise extends to EB-1, EB-2/EB-3, PERM, NIW, O-1, L-1, and H-1B applications. He is highly regarded for his specialization in EB-1A and NIW applications, as well as his ability to analyze and evaluate RFE or denied cases, providing effective remedial strategies. Attorney Huang's commitment to excellence has enabled him to successfully assist a diverse range of clients, including artists, film stars, business leaders, athletes, and scientific researchers, in their immigration to the United States through the EB-1A and NIW processes.

Attorney Huang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, and a Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.) from Indiana University (Bloomington). In addition to his impressive academic credentials, Attorney Huang also served in the United States Army Reserve for six years, earning an honorable discharge with the rank of Specialist.
